• Assist the Public Relations and Marketing Specialist in the research and execution of marketing and brand relations opportunities such as community events, sponsorships, promotions and tradeshows in order to increase awareness of the OtterBox brand
• Fulfill product review and media placement opportunities, seed product samples, launch kits and information for media reviews
• Write and edit marketing and public relations related materials (award applications, sell sheets, press releases, newsletters, letters, blog entries, case studies, creative writing pieces, etc.)
• Assist in media outreach efforts through strategic relationship building, media list maintenance, tradeshows and online media kits
• Enter press clippings through intranet and stay up to date on recent company articles and mentions in media outlets
• Assist the monitoring of the company’s presence on trending social media outlets in an effort to increase the awareness of the OtterBox brand including Facebook and Twitter
• Develop content for Social Media channels to engage existing and reach targeted customers
• Obtain, manage and distribute promotional items as needed
• Coordinate marketing materials checkout system for events
• Plan and coordinate logistics for tradeshows
• Manage sponsorship and product donation requests
• Manage and qualify joint marketing effort requests
• Document control, including management of department-wide calendars, shared documents and budgets

Harmonia, Ireland’s leading magazine Publishing Company is currently recruiting a highly experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic magazine Subscription Co-Ordinator.
This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will work on Ireland leading subscription titles such as Woman’s Way, U Magazine, Irish Tatler, Irish Tatler Man, Food&Wine Magazine and Ireland of the Welcomes.
The role will cover brand campaign planning, implementation, thorough analysis and presentation of results into the marketing planning cycle. Collating and presenting recommendations for future activity under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Also sourcing suitable gifts for subscription promotions and creating compelling promotional material.
Brief Outline of the Role and Responsibilities:
• Magazine campaigns: Produce compelling activity across page adverts; devise a robust plan to continue to drive acquisition and retention subscriptions readers and source subscriptions incentives.
• Direct mail: Manage the direct mail campaign cycle. Website: Manage the promotion of subscriptions across Harmonia websites and to drive subscription acquisition and retention.
• New activity: Continually look for additional innovative ways of promoting subscriptions.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Proven 3+ years relevant experience in publishing
• Proven track record of devising and implementing marketing promotional campaigns, compiling analysis and creating reports.
• Proven track record of prioritising and managing workload in order to meet deadlines. |
